For those of you faithful readers, or for those who are checking in for the first time, I have a special request. Please be in prayer for my grandmother, Audry. We just recently found out that she has lung cancer. Prior to this, she was in very good health. Never exposed to any harsh chemicals, nor did she smoke. We are all shocked, but we know that the Lord is good and will work through this to bring himself glory. Although selfishly we would like to pray that he removes the cancer completely, our prayer is that his will should be done above all and that others will be impacted because of her great faith and trust in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
I am calling on my prayer warriors to walk through this with us now. She and my grandfather both have a great attitude about things and are fully relying on the Lord. He is the great physician.
After a bone and liver scan they found that the cancer is not there- Praise the Lord! They will be testing her lymph nodes next week.
