Day 109::August 24, 2010

This morning I did a ton of yard work.  I WISH I had taken pictures for you to see.  However, since I forgot to get the before and after photos, I decided to take a picture of the other exciting part of my day.  I made a cake!  I've been wanting to make a cake ever since I got hooked on watching Cake Boss.  I also successfully made the biggest mess ever in our kitchen.  After all was said and done (and cleaned up) I was left with a pretty looking cake to give to my husband.  I love you, Doug!

I don't think Carlo's Bakery has anything to worry about. ;)
